Our domestic garage doors are constructed from components produced by one of Europe’s leading manufacturers. The twin-walled aluminium sections provide high levels of sound and thermal insulation which is further enhanced by the dual seals within the supporting side guide channel uprights. The use of 55mm or 77mm (dependent on model) insulated sections enable the doors to roll within a tighter overall diameter, considerably reducing the size of the head plate and enabling the doors to be installed in locations where others cannot be made to fit. Each shutter is supplied in white as standard, with a range of colours to choose from, including anthracite, beige and burgundy red, with supporting side guide channels and casings.

Garage doors are electronically operated and can be supplied with an internal or external manual override facility for use in the event of a power failure. Standard operation of the door is via a single, secure, ‘rolling code’ remote control which operates on the 433MHz band. Maximum safety is achieved by using ‘deadman’ locking operation.

The CIS55
This is our compact insulated shutter, electrically operated and designed specifically for openings with minimal headroom above the lintol. These doors are highly competitive in price and an ideal replacement for a single traditional manually operated up-and-over door.
The SIS77
This is our superior insulated shutter which offers a significantly stronger option for wider garage door openings.

All of our shutter doors benefit from the following specifications:

Head plates

Featuring a polyester powder coated profiled cast alloy, with nylon guide blocks to maintain centre alignment of the door curtain at all times. The CIS55 profiles run at 205mm with the SIS77 at 300mm.

Barrel assembly

Both shutters have octagonal steel incorporating a nylon support and bearing at the non-driven end with the SIS77 measuring 70mm and the CIS55 60mm.

Motor

An integral tube motor drive with inbuilt manual override. Which benefits from our 5yr motor warranty.

Side guides

White polyester, powder coated, aluminium side guide channels, with dual seals to provide both thermal and sound insulation.

Curtain

Polyester powder coated, fully insulated, aluminium interlocking
laths, finished with a self-lubricating nylon end clip on every alternate section to ensure that the curtain is held square at all times.

Bottom rail

The door is finished at the base with a rigid, extruded, weighted, aluminium rail and superior rubber seal.

Control

Standard operation is via open/stop/close. Push buttons, mounted on the radio receiver or via one of two handheld transmitters supplied.

Safety

Press and release control button to fully open the door. Press and hold button depressed to close.

CE marking

All garage doors and related equipment is fully CE approved.

Locking

The door curtain is supplied with locking straps which hold the shutter in the closed position.

Casing

The whole barrel assembly is covered in a white polyester, powder coated aluminium front fascia with an interlocking back box.

Manual override

The manual override attachment, for use in the event of power failure, is situated to the underside of the casing and is only accessible from the inside. Operation of the manual override is with the supplied crank handle.
